Would offer fewer points if possible. Horrid communication, poor organization and extremely rude service. Space is ill conceived and chaotic. Bagels are decent.
Although the bagels are delicious, the staff is extremely inefficient and appear confused. Poorly organized system. It is clear that Efrin (I believe that's his name) keeps Cohen's running. Kudos to him! I hope he is properly compensated and recognized for his ability to lead.
Place is decent, bagels good. Service HORRIBLE, staff rude, not welcoming.

These bagels are SO fresh and delicious and come in a variety of flavors such as asiago and French toast. The cream cheeses are equally delicious and also have great variety. I especially love the bacon scallion and the honey walnut.
