How do I begin. I was very excited to visit this salon after seen there Instagram ad. Big mistake!! First of all I when I greeted by my stylist Amanda, she was cold and unfriendly. Which made me feel uncomfortable right from he beginning. When I sat on the chair she asked me "what you want done" like if I was bothering her. She analyzed my hair with a disgust in her face like if I had a desease or something. She said "well.. your hair is very dry, you should just get it cut" I replied no I do NOT want to cut it, I'm just here for balayage. She tried to up sell me service and products and told me can't do the work if I don't do a hair treatment first for additional $$, which I said no I can't add-on more to my budget. She got an attitude and told me to hold on. She went and got another stylist involved which right there she showed up her lack of confident and expertise. The other stylist didn't make better, she said I have to add-in a hair treatment and some other thing on my hair in order to do the job. At that point I was so aggravated, unwelcome and rejected that I walked away from the salon. The stylist just told me while I walked away which was very insensitive "sorry"!!!!!!!! Like pretty much go love your self if you know what I mean. This place made me feel like my hair my the worse hair they have ever seen. When I left I even cried in my car I was very hurt by the way they treated me. They we're very unsensitive and rude. Very dissatisfied. Never going back and I advise not waisting your money there. I'm not blaming the owner but it's what happen to a business when an employee gives a poor customer service. Bad for business.
Great costumer service , Alex is a great stylist. She is able to do wonders with all types of hair.
