I left a deposit on the car that night and the entire transaction went smoothly as well. I worked with Nate Sico, the business manager, on the F&I part of the deal. He was a really nice guy and really funny, too. We felt really comfortable and felt that he had our best interests in mind when it came to the warranty options.

After sale is very important too. I am having a couple minor issues with the car (which we all knew about before I took delivery), and Mike is taking care of this and has been following up with the service department. I am not bringing this up as a negative thing, but rather to show that even after the sale, their customer service is really good.
