If I could give zero stars I would. Eileen Boulay is a horrible person. She waited until we were on our way from out of state to sign docs and pay our deposit for our place that had been all set, so we thought, to tell us its been given to someone else. We w have to move from where we are now and this too us out of the market for a month and a half as we were told everything was all set. So now me, my wife and 3 kids have no home in 3 weeks all because Eileen cut us out because she found someone else last minute so she could make her commission better. She will rip your heart out and eat in in front of you so anyone that is looking for a realtor BEWARE! She will screw you over anyway she can.
Extremely bad service, especially Eileen Boulay. She was rude and talked down to me. She shouldn't be allowed to deal with people as she is not a nice person.
Eileen Sullivan Boulay took our deposit money and then told us it was non refundable but then turned around and sold the house we put the money down on and kept our deposit. I can't believe they let her deal with people and allow her to continue taking money and ripping people off. I found this site after the fact ... eileenboulay dot com had I seen that first I would have not done business with her company ever. She should be fired and jailed!
These people should be banned from ever selling or renting real estate to anyone. They will bully you into things and then when they know you are very interested they will all of a sudden raise the cost on it. They are the worst company to deal with. Eileen Boulay is the worst of them all!!!!
Horrible, horrible company. The realtor we dealt with, Eileen Boulay, was so rude and condescending. Don't use this company as they will chew you up and spit you out. Find someone else because these people are absurd!
