Fried dumplings are the best I've ever had, and I've been to China! Rest of the menu is decent.

Best chinese food! I've been going here for years, and can't find anyone that comes close! Their rice is very good, and I am a fan of their chicken dishes and Lo Mein, highly recommend Crab Rangoon
It's fairly typical "Chinese" fare, and when the better cooks are working, the food is acceptable. It seems as though the food quality suffers on their busier nights... possibly because untrained people are used to prepare the food when they're struggling to keep up with orders.

The quality of the food is not consistent -- some nights moderately tasty, some nights absolutely foul. It's a 50/50 type of deal.
It's the only local place in the Madison/North Madison area for Chinese food, so if that's what you're looking for, this is it. I recommend staying away from dishes containing shrimp, because it is usually way overcooked. The pork and chicken dishes are usually a safer bet. Beef tends to be stringy and chewy here. If you want your food to be spicy, stress it with the strongest language possible, or else you will get your dish bland.
